Pool Rules & Hours

1. No lifeguard on duty swim at your own risk.
    
2. The pool is for Strawberry Acres homeowners and their guests only
   * A guest must be accompanied by homeowner/member.
   * Guests are limited to no more than 4 at any one time. *See note
   * No large or weekly groups
    
3. No persons under the age of 14 years old are allowed without the accompaniment of an adult 18 years or older.
   * If homeowner/member is 14 years of age, two guests are allowed but must be 14 or older
   * A homeowner/member can designate an adult to accompany smaller children (babysitter, etc.) if listed    on key registration form. Must be 18 or older.
    
4. No swearing, excessive noise, aggressive behavior.
    
5. No pets of any kind, food or drink, no smoking and no alcohol allowed in enclosed pool area during pool hours. No glass containers
   * Picnic area is provided.
    
6. Swim suits only NO REGULAR STREET CLOTHING IN POOL
   * Regular street clothing carries dye and laundry detergent particles that unbalance pool chemicals.
    
7. No running, shoving, fighting, jumping off deck furniture or buildings and no diving.
    
8. Each homeowner/member is responsible and liable for the safety and conduct of family and guests.
    
9. Trash belongs in the trash can.
   * All diapers and swim panties need to be put in the trash. Particles from diapers, etc. clog the filter.    Please pick up all trash and dispose of properly

VIOLATIONS OF POOL RULES MAY RESULT IN THE SUSPENSION OF POOL PRIVILEGES FOR HOMEOWNER/MEMBER

* Note to address overcrowding at the pool, each homeowner/member is limited to no more that 4 guest at any one time. This will keep usage primarily for Strawberry Acres homeowners to enjoy the amenity they are paying for as well as better control chemicals, utilities, cleanliness and the life of our pool
